How do I setup a modpack using a single .zip file?

I wish to add 2 modpacks to Technic. The information I need is

1. will Mediafire work?

2. what files are needed?

3. a step-by-step guide

if you could reply, then it would be great

1. Anyway of providing the technic platform with a direct link will work. So maybe. (I don't use mediafire I use DropBox)

2. If you download Technic you should have all the mods in your Technic directory. (Default Location for Windows Vista and up %appdata%.technicmods and coremods

3. If you have WinRAR or Windows you make a custom zip. To make a custom zip on windows, do the following.

Go to the Technic default install directory copy modpack.jar to a folder called bin

In the Technic directory copy the coremods folder to another location probably put it in the same location that bin is in

copy Technic's mod folder into the same location as everything else in this picture:

Then put it all in a zip like in this picture:

one problem, my coremods is empty (I use Skydaz installers)

opens as vanilla minecraft. I used Dropbox too
