Is it possible to disable certain items from being crafted in EE?

Just i wanted to start my own Tekkit server, and ive seen many people abusing the Destruction Catalyst. Ive thought of trying to go into the code of the server EE, but that might break something. If anyone can give me an answer, thanks. I really dont want to have to remove EE. ;D

Try the plugin craft lock. I have used it before to lock Out the nuke and stuff.
