Will not download new modpacks

Launcher Version: 2.0.0.222

Operating System: Win7 64X

Java Version: build 1.7.0_07-b11

Antivirus Program: Kaspersky

Description of Problem:

It simply will not download any packs i try, Worked once with BIG DIG pack, Uninstalled that cause it constantly crashed, And now it won't even let me download it again. AND Even when it does it downloads vanilla 1.4.7!

I don't even know.
