Need help with Modpack! Launches as Vanilla!

Problem: The Modpack I have made for me and my friends seems to work until it gets tot he part of download modpack.jar and it gets stuck at 1% I have read guides about this everything downloads correctly until I get to the modpack.jar. Please help with this situation as it will be greatly appreciated!
