Wanting some inventory management help

I have a tekkit server where there are no banned items. I am trying to set up catacombs for players to be able to play through. My problem is that I dont want them to be able to wear their quantum armor and katars and whatever while in the catacombs. The ideal way would be they would enter the catacomb 'region' and their inventory would be automatically emptied, or at least have the items that are on the not allowed list to be removed. They would be given a basic set of armor and a sword or whatever. They would play through and when they are done they would leave the region and would be given their inventory back plus whatever they won in the catacombs. Is this doable? What plugins could I use to facilitate this? Thanks.
