Tekkit Classic Launcher Error with matmos v12 pack

Description of Problem:

When I launch Tekkit classic on my Macbook Pro, I get an error message after about a minute of it loading, and I have to quit the launcher. I'm very new to Tekkit, so please translate any important questions into novice I really want to fix this. I also can't find the launcher folder on my system anywhere, so I haven't been able to put up the log file.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
