volts will fail to update I cant even get in volts and i want to play it

volts just wont update only thing that did update was technic and im mad because i want to play volts please help i tryed everything i know

did you clear your cache? if so have you also tried to reinstall the technic launcher?

i cleared my cache and it just said its updating just mine craft.jar
