permision to make modpack

Hi there, i would like to create my own mod pack and I need permission from the creaters of the mods to do so. I was wondering if i could ask you for permission to use some of the mods in technic. If so please let me know as i would love to add some off my favorite mods to tekkit that is already awsome.
