Modpack Help

I really need some help setting up my modpack i have all the mods i want and they are all 1.4.7 and i know how to upload it but i don't know what else i need

My modpack : http://www.technicpack.net/api/modpack/trade-age

it has all the mods in the %appdata% thing but they wont load

Please help
