Non-default (i.e. pre-programmed into launcher) modpacks won't download

Launcher Version: Build 222

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium x64

Java Version: Version 6

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

Whenever I attempt to download a non-default modpack it will download minecraft.jar and natives.jar successfully, then immediately fails. I have tried downloading This Is War, Infamy-Modern Warfare, and Tech it Up, the last of which fails on a power armor file.

Clarification: non-default means NOT pre-programmed into the launcher for downloading.

at least you can download the originals mine wont work at all i starts downloading installs minecraft.jar then fails

Update: it's working now, must've been a temporary technicpack server issue
