Need help with player shops/ buying player ranks

So i need help with setting up a player shop at spawn and for players to buy a rank in. If you guys know any plugins or anything to help out that would be very much appreciated =D. My server runs tekkit classic. I need...

Spawn Shop:

1. players need to be able to rent plots to make their shop

2. i have chestshop downloaded if there is a way to integrate that

3. above all (and most obvious) don't let people grief the rented plots

Buying Ranks

1. Allow people to buy a rank with in game money

2. preferably allow people to buy it with a sign, if not a command is fine
