Items keep disappearing.

So I've been trying to make an iron furnace, a saw, an automatic crafting table, and refined iron. I put down the materials in the right way, the item appears for a few seconds then disappears. If I`m fast enough, I can click it and it goes to my inventory then crashes my system. HELP! T_T
