Can some one help me i have tried everything my technic launcher wont start

Antivirus Program: mcaffe iv tried turning off

Description of Problem:

it just started happpening a day ago i clicked on my technic launcher and it wouldnt start so i tried everything then i tried to play ftb and it came up with error java virtual machine idk if that would help you guys please help
