Java Rolled back and still Launcher fails

Java Version: 6 Update 37

Antivirus Program: Eset Smart Security 6

Description of Problem:

Today when the Launcher updated it just froze up, no launcher screen, just an entry on the taskbar that says "Tekkit lite", no window no button, just the taskbar entry.

Edit: Also one core of the i7 gets raped and gets stuck on 13% lagging the crap all windows.
