Can't enter download link into the box on edit mod pack screen.

I have a mod pack it is set up properly(I think) and hosted on dropbox, however when I go to the edit mod pack screen on the techinc platform, the box labeled Platform URL won't let me enter anything, My cursor turns into the "no" symbol when I mouse over it and I am unable to edit the "unavailable" in the box, can anybody tell me why this is?

Never mind, I feel like an idiot now, I was trying to edit the mod pack from the wrong place
