Voltz NOT OPENING

I was playing voltz earlier in the day and I came off it to watch TV and when i tried to go onto it again through the Technic launcher it just comes up with a message saying "Failed to update" and it wont let me open it. All the other mods on the technic launcher work and voltz is the only one that does!

PLEASE HELP

I really want to play voltz

I also cant re-download the technic launcher this Panda cloud anti virus thing comes up and even when i click "i understand..." and click continue it just doesnt do anything!!!!

Help!!!
