Error downloading modpack?

Everything seems to work fine downloading until it comes to dimensional doors. It gives me an error message say:

Error downloading file for the following pack: Tekkit

Failed to download http://mirror.technicpack.net/Technic/mods/dimensional-doors/dimensional-doors-v1.3.4.56.zip

Please consult the modpack author.

I really want to play the newest update could anyone help me? I tried looking for other people with similar issues but I don't see any.

update: I looked around and it looks like it might be my stupid school blocking it from downloading arg

more update: I manually downloaded it I dunno if that helped but not its giving me an error to whitelist it on any antivirus programs (I did but I dunno if the school is giving it issues or something because it didn't help)

So do you mean you downloading this is school or at your home?

OnTopic: It's a school problem, Why are you downloading from there anyway? Can't you do it from home?
