modpack forge mod loader doesnt work

Hey this is my first mod pack and i had some problem earlyer but i could figure them out myself but now every time i luanch my modpack it download everything but it doesnt extract the modpack.jar.

It just says "1% modpack.jar". I have no idea what to do i checked everything if somebuddy have some suggestion

i will be very greatfull

(i didnt added mods yet beacuse i just want the froge mod loader to work and then i will add the mods)
