Technic Launcher isn't launching

Operating System: Windows 7 64bit

Java Version: Version 7 Update 21

Antivirus Program: AVG Anti Virus

Description of Problem:

I would enjoy some help please. I am unable to launch the latest technic launcher and it is really bugging me.

Things I have done to try to fix it: Delete .minecraft, reinstall java, uninstalled every kind of java, tried to create a custom path to the launcher from java, reinstalled technic launcher, deleted .technic folder, set different amounts of RAM to try and launch it, I have also tried turning off my anti virus before launching it, I have AVG anti virus.

I am so confused on why this is happening to me, someone please help!
