When I had this happen, I deleted the config files that where conflicting. Then once the server started working, I copied the config files to the clients. Just remember that if you have items in game with the id and a new id is given to that item, it will poof. I poofed about 8k blocks of redstone by doing this in an old world, lesson learned.

I just did it and nothing happens. :'(

Someone can show me how to replace these IDs?
