heey just started a new world and also spawned next to this huge cathedral,

What is this 'cathedral' you speak of? If it's made of sandstone and blue stuff, you're actually looking at a 'better dungeons' building.

It was on yogbox but i deleted the world because my minecolony didn't work >.<

Yes, I plundered mine as well, made a condenser and boiled it down to diamonds.
