alright so i am running Ubuntu 12.10 and for the longest time i have just been playing regular minecraft. I upgraded to 12.10 and had to go through the headache of installing oracle sun java 7 jre as well as updating my clients iwjgl to 2.9.0 after that minecraft runs flawlessly on my system now.. but still when i go to run the Technic Launcher it lets me login but then goes to the white screen and doesnt move. i have tried getting into the Tekkit .bin folder and putting in the new iwjgl files and replacing the old ones but all that does is tell me its corrupt and wont work. anyone know how to fix this? and please dont say "go back to windows" windows is ok and all but i prefer a computer to be stable and remain stable. not have to constantly reformat it. here is my computer specs just in case it helps:
xfx mi-a78u-8309 geforce 8400 motherboard
AMD Phenom x4 9850 2.5ghz
OCZ SLI Ready Ram x8gbs
500gb IDE for OS
250gb SATA for storage
ASUS nvidia Geforce GTX 550 Ti 1gb GDDR5
