Turtles will not move, turtles will perform any other task but when asked to move they will not budge. Tried it out on my friends server and turtles move fine, but on my server turtles simply will not move

Description of Problem:
Turtles will not move, turtles will perform any other task but when asked to move they will not budge. Tried it out on my friends server and turtles move fine, but on my server turtles simply will not move
