Description of Problem:

When a turtle places a conveyor belt, the conveyor belt will be moving south regardless of the direction the turtle is facing. It should be moving the same way it would as when placed by a player, ie. away from the turtle.

This is a known bug with ComputerCraft version 1.5, it is fixed in later versions.
