Launcher wont open

Operating System: Mac OSX 10.8.3

Java Version: Java 7 i think?

Description of Problem:

I try to launch the .jar file and it says “TechnicLauncher-1.jar” can’t be opened because it is from an unidentified developer." underneath it says "Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers." How can i change the settings plz help!

Ok, so what you want to do is go to "System Preferences" then click "Privacy & Security" and then hit "Open Anyway"
