Lots of things on multiplayer not working

Title: Lots of things on multiplayer not working

OS: Windows 7

Java Version: 7.0.40.20

Description of Problem:

I have a multiplayer server and when i go in creative and spawn galacticraft items and place them on the ground they dissapear. Also when i try to spawn items in NEI is says unknown item ID

Error Messages:

Unknown item ID: <id here>

Error Log:

There is no log that says anything.

The whole tekkit 1.0.6 MP is barely working. Please fix it!!! When clicked on the galaxy tab, where galaxy items should be placed, the server crashes! index out of bounds.
