Problems with opening Tekkit

Hello,

I have been using Technic Launcher for a while now and have really enjoyed

it, but recently it hasnt been working so i decided to delete it from my

laptop and re-download it and once i did that it was saying that it was

unable to download the modpack (tekkit classic, voltz, etc.) and to talk

to the modpack author. What has happened and is it happening to more

people then me?
