The Technic Launcher gets stuck at the Logo/Banner

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium

Java Version: Java 7u21

Antivirus Program: Avira Free Antivirus

Description of Problem:

When i click onto the launcher .exe, the logo/banner (saying TechnicLauncher) comes up. but it doesnt do anything further. my Taskmanager says it doesnt do anything too. i tried the .exe and the .jar of the latest Techniclauncher. i also tried updating Java, disabling my antivirus, starting as administrator and so on!

Uninstall everything, including all Java. Reinstall Java, then download Tekkit again. Run in adamin mod and without av on.
