Title: Galacticraft missing vital items for several machine recipies

Description of Problem:

Galacticraft is missing items such as batteries (which are required to make 80% of the machines) and several other items and the machines (oxygen distributer, oxygen collecter etc, etc) are not working. And i'll state it here since this forum has no option for 1.0.6

There are multiple versions of the recipes for different mods, a lot of the wiki and information out there isn't the best.

NEI should have the correct version.
