Pump Problem

Hey Guys,

I was just going along building my world, an oil rig actually, and then suddenly when i started to start everything my pumps just stopped working. Then when i tried to place new pumpbs the pipe would not extend down into the oil and water. I don't know the problem :S

Would really appreciate some help.
