Should i use these 2 tree plugins for my server?

Making a Tekkit Classic server with either Towny or Factions. I've come across 2 plugins which i think are really good. One of them allows players to cut the bottom of the tree and all of the logs fall down. The other makes it so when saplings drop they get replanted. I was thinking these 2 plugins would mix well considering if i was that easy to cut trees down from the first plugin i talked about they would be all gone. Anyways guys if a server had this would you like it, not really care or be happy having it?
