Adding plugins to a tekkit server?

Hello, I'm pretty new to this, I haven't used tekkit in years, but I just started a server and I'm trying to get the plugins to work. Any tips

Replace the Tekkit Jar with the #400 build of MCPC jar

http://ci.md-5.net/job/MCPC-Plus/

Rename MCPC jar to the name of the origional Tekkit Jar

Run the server

Stop the server /stop

The plugin folder should now have appeared

Place Plugins INTO the plugin folder

Start server

Plugins should now appear when you do /plugins.

Build #389 is the latest that matches the Forge version of Tekkit 1.0.6, if you wanna play it safe.
