Screen Freezes At "Building Terrain"

On my modpack I create a new world and then it gets to building terrain and just freezes I don't know how to prove this but if you search on the modpacks extreme survival mines the one with the logo of steve watching the sunset.

Any Help Would Be Appreciated :P
