Launcher skips and does a fail startup of pack

Launcher Version: 2.0.0.242

Operating System: Windows 7 x64 Ultimate

Java Version: Java 7u21

Antivirus Program: Eset Smart Sec urity 6.0

Description of Problem:

When i start the launcher, windows goes into a massive lag, after some time the launcher is not displayed, but a random mod pack is launched resulting in a buggy failed attempt to launch it.

Already tried to do a clean install of Java, tried a lot of different versions, reinstalling, different paths, running the launcher in another PC and copying the folder to this one, etc nothing seems to work
