Spectate Plugin

When searching for a plugin for Tekkit(not classic) That would be the same as the Spectate plugin

For minecraft i couldn't find one

Heres the one i tried.

The server console got alot of errors and it was very buggy to use

I was wondering if anyone could make or find a plugin that works for tekkit

It would be really handy to have this plugin

You might try their 1.2.5 version, unless you already did. The latest probably won't work on Tekkit Classic.
