minecraftforge is down...

I am trying to get my hands on the scala-library.jar, but for some reason it keeps coming up with there is a network problem, and the website seems to be having issues. I don't know if we are able to transfer files between eachother or if anyone would be willing to... but this is just crazy... the last update made it impossible to play big dig for me because I can't get my hands on that file..

any help would be appreciated, even if it is another place where I can find the file.
