Will me 64k Cards keept contents when transferring to a new host and map?

My server is transferring to a new host and map and the owner gave us Virtual chest to use to take some items with us. My question is if i put items onto my Me 64k cards and put those cards in my virtual chest will it keep the contents of the cards when he transfers our items to the new map?
