Default mod packs wont load

Launcher Version: Latest

Operating System: Windows

Java Version: Latest

Antivirus Program: Windows Defender

Description of Problem:

I was trying to fix my custom modpack installation problem and redownloaded Technic but the default modpacks didn't load int the technic folder.

None
