i launch the Tekkit lite pack and i get a black screen in my window...

Launcher Version: 246

Operating System: HP

Java Version: Lastest Java versions

Antivirus Program: Norton

Description of Problem:

i reinstalled Technic Launcher and it says my files/roaming/appdata are empty.

i reinstalled it repeatedly, and then i deleted the empty files, and reinstalled, its not downloading the files with the launcher, NEED HELP
