Server Problems

Users on my server on constantly being kicked after only a short time on the server, and I don't understand why, the server was working just fine only a few days ago. The output below is show right after they are kicked:

Please note my computer is a Windows 7 64-bit Platform

I have Java SE Development Kit 7 Update 21 (64-bit), Java 7 Update 21

It's that pesky System32 folder, delete it then they won't be kicked anymore.
