Very Odd server issues

Hi, I am trying to host a server using my computer using Hamachi;

I have 16gb ram, 96mb/s dl speed, 84mb/s upload for internet (university internet; could this be a problem?)

I hosted a server and can connect to it myself using hamachi, and everything is fine.

But when friends connect, they have issues like blocks not being destroyed, not being able to pick up, and when i look at them they are stationary at one place, even though for them they are moving around. The server only works properly for me.

I am very new to this whole thing sorry, thank you in advance for any help at all.

your internet could be part of the problem if they use any kind of traffic shapping, as far as your problem your friends are having it sounds like a lag or sync issue, first thing to do is look into if the hamachi connections between you and them are functioning properly or if they are using the fallback ports for communicaiton.
