Custom mod downloading wrong archive

I'm trying on experimenting on adding some mods to the tekkit lite base so i started making a clone of the mods used in tekkit lite. I copied the config, coremods and mods folder and placed the modpack.jar into the bin folder. However, I get a strange error, , saying it can't be unzipped, and when I check the cache, the zip that tekkit lite downloaded is a completely different size from the zip i uploaded.(29 kB compared to 19MB). I've checked the link to the drop box file several times and even changed it, and it still gives the same error, clearing the cache between each try. Does anyone have an idea what the problem could be?

rename that 29kb zip to html, and open it in a webbrowser.. see what it says.
