Problem with creating server

Hello!

I've tried to run Big Dig server. I've downloaded ready server files from this site, but when I run launch.bat I got such errors:

Error occurred during initialization of VM

Could not reserve enough space for object heap

Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine.

Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.

And how to fix it?
