3.1.3 Wont update?

When i go to upgrade to 3.1.3 it finishes and when i press launch it comes up with an error page telling me which mods have loaded, Then theres a bunch of java errors. Its happening to about 8 of us thats on vent. Would love some feedback if anyone knows whats going on.
