fml_libs15.zip fail

Whenever I try to install the HEXXIT Modpack, it gets stuck at '100% Download failed' For the fml_libs15.zip. I looked into it and this person (Here: http://forums.technicpack.net/threads/tekkit-download-not-possible.47013/) had the same problem. They ended up fixing it by "Disable real Time scan in Antivir then download" And I'm not sure what that is or how to do that. I have re-downloaded a few times and even re-installed the launcher, but no resolution. It would be amazing if someone could help me out!!
