Installed modpacks disappeared from the list

Launcher Version: 253

Operating System: Windows xp profissional edition 86x

Java Version: version 7 update 25

Antivirus Program: AVG

Description of Problem:

Earlier today i was playing plusmultipack normally, then there was a power outage. When the light came back i tried to run the laucher, but, since it was taking too long, i decided to end the "java" process and restart the technic laucher.

When the launcher loaded i realized that all the modpacks installed disappeared from the list, however, checking "Application Data\.technic" folder, i can see that they're all there, installed, they're just not in the list anymore.

The biggest problem here is that i can't re-add plusmultipack back to the list because the plataform url for it isn't working.

I really would like to have all the mods installed back in the list. Can anyone help me with that?
