Help with ICBM

Hope this is the right place.

I have a server with voltz 1.0.11, and recently, whenever I try to place a missile in a launcher it looks like it is doing it but the missile doesnt show up in the launcher and the control panel say "silo is empty".

Any clue what is the problem?

It's a new problem with the new update because before the update I could detonate Sonic, Hypersonic, Anti-Grav, Anti-Matter and Red Matter bombs but it just crashes when I do it. Also the Endothermic seems to not be working anymore
