World folder problems

I need help, I've been running a hexxit server and playing it through the lan and lanhamachi. I accidentally started it up with the normal minecraft server launcher( I don't know why both launchers are even in there or why there 2 files apart.) anyway its my bad. the problem is every modded block and item are now gone in the loaded area (and I happened to be in the area with all our stuff), And my only back up is back in the beginning of the world. so my question is if there is anyway to tweak the world folder to bring those items and blocks back.

Overall i just need to know if its completely fried or can it be salvaged
