my launcher won't open

Launcher Version: 253

Operating System: windows 7 (64 bit) acer

Java Version: jdk-7u25-windows-i586 and jxpiinstall (Just reinstalled)

Antivirus Program: avast antivirus, mcAfee

Description of Problem:

when i try to open my launcher it does not work

Error Messages:

Error: could not create the java virtual machine

Error: a fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit
