OpenGL Problem I Need To Run Arguments

Description of Problem:

I have a problem with this computer's OpenGL drivers, and have to run Minecraft with a certain command. The only problem is that I can't seem to run TechnicLauncher that way, so I need a way to run arguments, any help? The argument is java -Xmx800m -jar Minecraft.jar

I doubt you can run A technic pack with 800 mb of ram. I don't think that's even an option.

You also have to specify -Xms when you use the Argument -Xmx.

Xms set the minimal ammount of RAM java can use for his JVM.
